Donna is now offering 2 new types of classes: Cardio, Strength & Flexibility and Meditation at Yoga Essentia in Warriewood on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
The Cardio, Strength & Flexibility Friday 6 – 7am
This is a new exercise class has a focus on working the body in a way to increase your cardio and strength but moving the body from a place of connection. This class is being held at Warriewood Surf Life Saving Club on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Meditation Class Thursday 7.30 – 8.15pm
Meditation is a tool for re-connection with self. It is like a full stop that we can implement in our day to bring ourselves back to a point where we can be present in our bodies and focused in our minds. The idea is then to be able to take this connection with us into our daily lives.
Our meditation classes are open to all levels. The format for the class can be done seated or lying down, ensuring that you are comfortable.
