It is a gentle technique where you gain the benefit of a workout without stress or strain. 10 minutes of yoga at the end sets the tone for the rest of the day. Donna is an inspiring trainer/teacher who brings her own special touch to the class. I can’t think of a better way to start my day than looking over Warriewood Beach at sunrise.
