Online Strength and Body Connection Classes

How our classes run

We run our online classes in 4 week blocks. To attend the class live, you simple log into the online platform (Zoom) via a meeting number and your instructor is able to watch you via the mobile device camera, offer guidance and support throughout the class just like you would have in a normal face to face class situation.

The great thing about these classes is that you can join in from anywhere, including your own home and anywhere in the world! Classes are purposefully kept small so individual attention can be offered as needed.

These exercise classes offer an opportunity to reconnect with the body and then move into strengthening exercises from that quality of deep connection.

Upcoming Programs – Core & Cardio (Mondays) Strength & Stretch (Thursdays)

The Monday program will focus on core & cardio exercises and the Thursday program will focus on strength and stretch exercise classes. You can choose to do 1 or 2 classes per week.

Next 4 week programs commence 3rd August 2020. 

Cost: 1 class per week $50* (one program)  | 2 classes per week $70* (both programs)

(Includes unlimited access of video recording of classes).

Class dates are as follows: 3/8, 6/8, 10/8, 13/8, 17/7, 20/8, 27/8, 31/8

 Times:

Monday 6am – 6.30am AEDT (Core & Cardio program)

Thursday 6am – 6.30am AEDT (Strength & Stretch program)

Other times zones UK 9pm / EU 10pm

Instructor: Donna Nolan (Cert III in Fitness), Diploma Health (Yoga).

Classes can be joined either live or via a video recording. You are welcome to use the video recording as many times as you like during the week.

What you need for the online classes

  • A computer or mobile device with a camera

  • An exercise mat

  • Hand weights (for Strength  & Stretch classes)

  • Comfortable clothing

  • A quiet place

  • Set up your computer/mobile device so that the camera is facing your mat

  • Your online sense of adventure!

The format of the classes are as follows:

  • Body connection.

  • Monday program will include 2 x core classes, 2 x cardio classes.

  • Thursday program will include 4 x strength & stretch classes for the upper and lower body. We will be using hand weights for this class.
