Online Exercise Classes
Our upcoming 4 week Exercise Programs – Yoga/Stretch (Mondays) and Strength & Balance (Thursdays) commencing 19th April. These programs include unlimited access to recordings for 6 weeks. All you need is a computer/iPad with a camera, an internet connection, a mat, a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and an online sense of adventure!
How our classes run
We run our online classes in 4 week blocks. To attend the class live, you simple log into the online platform (Zoom) via a meeting number and your instructor is able to watch you via the mobile device camera, offer guidance and support throughout the class just like you would have in a normal face to face class situation.
The great thing about these classes is that you can join in from anywhere, including your own home and anywhere in the world! Classes are purposefully kept small so individual attention can be offered as needed.
These exercise classes offer an opportunity to reconnect with the body and then move into strengthening exercises from that quality of deep connection.

Upcoming April/May 2021 program
Make a great start to the new year with these upcoming exercise programs. Donna has a unique way of presenting exercise with a focus on moving in connection. Her classes are playful and are open to all levels.
Program 1 – Mondays | Yoga/Stretch
Program 2 – Thursdays | Strength & Balance
Class dates are as follows:
Program 1 – 19/4, 26/4, 3/5, 10/5
Program 2 – 22/4, 29/4, 6/5, 13/5
Times: 6 – 6.30am (AEDT), 9pm (UK), 10pm (EU)
Cost: $50* for 1 program or $70* for both programs. Includes unlimited access to recordings for 6 weeks.
Instructor: Donna Nolan (Cert III in Fitness), Diploma Health (Yoga).
Classes can be joined either live or via a video recording.

What you need for the online classes
A computer or mobile device with a camera
An exercise mat
Hand weights (for Strength classes)
A quiet place
Set up your computer/mobile device so that the camera is facing your mat
Your online sense of adventure!

The classes will include stretching, strength and core exercises.
We will be using hand weights and a strap or thera band within these classes.
