Online Exercise Classes
Our upcoming course in February is a 4 week, 30 min Connection & Strength class. All you need is a computer/iPad with a camera, an internet connection, a mat, a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and an online sense of adventure!
Online Strength and Body Connection Classes
We offer online Strength & Body Connection Exercise classes. All you need is a computer/iPad with a camera, an internet connection, a mat and blanket, hand weights, a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and an online sense of adventure!
How our classes run
We run our online classes in 4 week blocks. To attend the class live, you simple log into the online platform (Zoom) via a meeting number and your instructor is able to watch you via the mobile device camera, offer guidance and support throughout the class just like you would have in a normal face to face class situation.
The great thing about these classes is that you can join in from anywhere, including your own home and anywhere in the world! Classes are purposefully kept small so individual attention can be offered as needed.
These exercise classes offer an opportunity to reconnect with the body and then move into strengthening exercises from that quality of deep connection.

Upcoming Course – Connection & Strength
Next 4 week course commences 6th February 2020 (cost $50).
Class dates are as follows: 6/2, 13/2, 20/2, 27/2
Times: Thursday 6am – 6.30am AEDT
Instructor: Donna Nolan (Cert III in Fitness), Diploma Health (Yoga).
Classes can be joined either live or via a video recording. You are welcome to use the video recording as many times as you like during the week.
What you need for the online classes
A computer or mobile device with a camera
Mat, blankets (for relaxation)
A quiet place
Set up your computer/mobile device so that the camera is facing your mat
Your online sense of adventure!
The format of the classes are as follows:
Body awareness and body connection.
Exercises specifically focussing on strengthening the upper and lower body including the use of hand weights.
The class will complete with being still and a body connection exercise.
