How our classes run

We run our online classes in 6 week blocks. To attend the class live, you simple log into the online platform (Zoom) via a meeting number and your instructor is able to watch you via the mobile device camera, offer guidance and support throughout the class just like you would have in a normal face to face class situation.

The great thing about these classes is that you can join in from anywhere, including your own home and anywhere in the world! Classes are purposefully kept small so individual attention can be offered as needed.

These exercise classes offer an opportunity to reconnect with the body and then move into strengthening exercises from that quality of deep connection.

What you need for the online classes

  • A computer or mobile device with a camera

  • Mat, blankets (for relaxation)

  • Hand weights

  • Comfortable clothing

  • A quiet place

  • Set up your computer/mobile device so that the camera is facing your mat

  • Your online sense of adventure!

The format of the classes are as follows:

  • Body awareness and body connection (reconnection / rejuvenation practice)

  • Warm up exercises leading into stronger strength exercises with the use of hand weights (if chosen)

  • The class will complete with lying down being still and a body connection exercise
