Private Yoga Classes and Yoga Therapy sessions are a great alternative to group yoga classes for people requiring individualised attention or as a means to develop an overall healing program.
We offer private yoga classes and yoga therapy sessions in three different formats:
1. A regular one-on-one Yoga practice adapted to your specific needs
In this type of private yoga session we find a regular and convenient time for you and offer a yoga practice with one-on-one instructions tailored to you. We can also arrange a semi-private yoga class for you and a few friends or family members to enjoy together.
2. Develop a personal (home) yoga practice for you to do on your own
In this type of private yoga practice, we suggest at least 2-3 sessions (approx. over the space of a month) to get you up and running with a practice that is tailored to your particular needs, that you can safely and confidently enjoy in your own time and preferred environment.
Once we have developed your regular personal (home) practice, we recommend to continue with follow-up private sessions every 3 – 4 weeks to address any concerns, questions, as well as deepen and/or update your practice based on where you are at.
3. Yoga and Healing Program
These programs are for people wanting to focus on a tailor made overall healing program to support them with a physical condition, their emotional health, or a general sense of lack of wellbeing. Beyond the yoga practice, these programs draw from a combination of other complementary therapies as relevant for each individual – Meditation, Esoteric Healing, Esoteric Connective Tissue Therapy and Massage Therapies.
Your investment for a 1 hr session at one of our clinics is $100 or we can travel to you. When coming to you, our rates depend on the distance and time required to travel. Please contact us for a quote.
