Meditation is a full stop that we can implement in our day to bring ourselves back to a point where we can be present in our body and focused in our mind.
Meditation supports vitality and wellbeing and reconnects oneself deeply back into their body. Ultimately, taking the quality of being we have re-connected to/ developed through a meditation practice into all the activity of the day is the ultimate benefit of meditation.
Our corporate meditation classes and courses can be offered at a time most convenient to your organisation and employees’ schedules – before work, lunch, after work or within standard working hours. We cover the wider Sydney area.
Please note in the current environment we are offering online corporate meditation programs.
About Corporate Meditation and its benefits
Meditation is a tool for re-connection with self, a simple and invaluable way to let go of the stress, anxiety and overwhelm that many of us experience at times, if not on a daily basis. Meditation has become very popular including in the workplace, with research showing that incorporating meditation into one’s daily life can improve concentration, emotional wellbeing, reduces stress and enhances self-awareness amongst others.
In the context of the work environment, the benefits offered by meditation particularly support employees with:
- Mental health
- Increased ability for efficient decision making
- Work engagement
- Harmonious and effective social skills and teamwork
- A culture of loyalty and an overall sense of wellbeing that allows them to bring out their full potential to whatever is in front of them
Overall the offering of a corporate meditation practice offers the opportunity to deepen your employee’s overall health and wellbeing whilst boosting your business outcomes and increasing the positioning of your organisation as an employer of choice through its commitment to its people.
Class Structure and Investment
Our meditation classes and courses are open to all levels and can be arranged at a time most convenient to your organisation and employees’ schedules. The setting for the practice can be in chairs or lying down (if possible and preferred).
Each meditation class generally includes a presentation and discussion around the meditation practice. The format is interactive, relaxed, explorative and playful. No one class/course is the same as every class is offered in accordance to what is required by the specific class participants.
Classes can be 45, 60 or 75 minutes, as a one off or run as a program. They can also be incorporated into a yoga class when not offered as a stand alone.
A regular class or course format best supports participants to develop a natural relationship with the practice, gradually integrating it and reaping its full benefits into their daily life. It also supports them to come back with any questions or sharing of any difficulty they may encounter.
Fees are according to the number of participants, program/class duration, and our distance to travel.
