What COVID-19 means for us

This infection is again present within Sydney with some lockdowns. According to NSW Department of Health our clinics are able to stay open. However, many people are concerned about the virus and their risk of catching it and developing the infection.

The commitment of our clinics

In line with the Australian Government and Department of Health directives our clinics are open and we are able to offer “in person” sessions for Remedial Massage only.

We are also currently offering online sessions for yoga/exercise and counselling.

Our commitment to our infection control policies within our clinics remains/is of the highest standards as is our commitment to you and your health and wellbeing.

You are asked to wear a mask to the clinic and we as practitioners will also be wearing masks at all times during the treatment. Upon entering our clinics, you will be asked to wash your hands and to use the paper towels to dry. Hand sanitiser is also available for use if you wish.

Our treatment tables and all surfaces of our clinics are wiped down after every session including door handles and the room is disinfected after each session. All towels are single use only and removed from the room after each session.

We will be wearing a mask and we have gloves available for use if you would like us to wear these throughout your treatment.

If you develop any flu like symptoms, please call us to re schedule your appointment for a latter time. Likewise, our commitment to you is that if we as practitioners experience any flu like symptoms, we will call you to reschedule your appointment. We will not be offering sessions, if at any point we are feeling unwell.

If you prefer not to come to our clinic – ONLINE sessions available

We are also still offering online sessions, if you prefer not to come to our clinics. ONLINE sessions can be a very effective way to get support where needed and keep your healing, health and wellbeing on track. Many of our clients have expressed how much they have been enjoying and valuing their online sessions with us.

All our ONLINE sessions are tailored to your needs and can include Yoga/Yoga Therapy, Exercise, Meditation, Body Awareness, Relaxation and discussions. They can run from 30 min to 75 min and be arranged on skype, face time, zoom or by phone.
