Body Awareness Free Meditation

This is a simple body awareness meditation that is accessible to all people. This meditation can be done in a lying down position and offers you the opportunity to deeply rest and reconnect with your body. This meditation helps to develop conscious presence – that is having the mind with the body.

    I really enjoyed the quality in this meditation, Donna. From feeling the places where my body connected to the surface of my mattress to feeling the spaces – both felt supportive. Taking this into my day today…..that feeling of support, for my body by the surfaces I may walk and sit upon and also by the space all around me. Awesome.
